As noted, we believe that too many companies install systems, make their margin and then fail their customers, either through lack of interest, complacency or embarrassment caused from a poor installation. Considering the initial average outlay to purchase security systems, we find it incredible that there is such wide-spreading neglect and contempt towards the end users, and in turn contempt towards security installers. This is a trend that we intend to challenge.
