New Installations

What are emergency lights?
    Emergency lights come on automatically and  are battery-powered. They are relatively low voltage and consist  of one or more incandescent bulbs or one or more clusters of high-intensity light-emitting diodes. The lights can be rotated and aimed for where light is needed most in an emergency, such as towards fire exits.  They can be integrated with emergency floor lighting strips and lit signage panels giving real-time evacuation information.

Maintenance

We will provide an Initial Inspection which will include a report on the condition of all existing components, a full set of parameters sheets and OEM Manual for site (will hold all relevant product literature, maintenance records, method statements and risk assessments, and user guides). Once we know the condition of your system, and complete any remedial works, we would be happy to agree either basic or fully comprehensive maintenance contract.

After Sales
    Once the system has been installed, ESP will provide 2 annual inspections, access to our engineering staff on a 4 hour response 24/7/365. Not only that – we can provide fully comprehensive agreements that mean you will have a fixed cost, and we will pick up the bill for any parts or labour. This of course works for you, but also incentivises our engineers to get things right first time every time, so we all benefit.
