ESP have trialed this extensively, and have had zero failures since January 1st 2010! Our average installation time (including full installation of all detection, electrical works, connection to the ARC and full training and handover) is currently less than 4 hours, so we will not disrupt your day. We aim to install your system within 5 working days from point of sale (where this is convenient for our customers), and we will provide full maintenance and monitoring on a fully comprehensive agreement for the lifespan of the system – if you move house, we will move with you!

Our Domestic Systems can be remotely monitored by our approved Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC) and because your system will be installed to SSAIB standards, we can apply for a Unique Reference Number, allowing the ARC to notify both key-holder and Police/Fire Brigade of alarm activations. With competitively priced ongoing maintenance and monitoring packages available, we want to build our business by protecting your home.

* Subject to a monitoring contract for 3 years (we are more than happy to look after you for the whole lifespan of the system!), the ongoing costs are equivalent to just 74p per day inc VAT for a high specification, easy to use and aesthetically pleasing monitored and maintained system. ESP Fire and Security will offer a comprehensive agreement with two annual inspections, and 4 hour call out 24/7/365.
